ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

At A.N.A Marketing TT, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a purchase. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns to ensure your satisfaction.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be damaged, defective, or have a manufacturing error. Exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect purchases will not be considered.
  2. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  3. The item must be in its original packaging.
  4. Some items, are not eligible for returns. Please check the product description before making your purchase.
  5. Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving your order, unless Warranty period states otherwise.


EXCHANGE / REFUND PROCESS

To request an exchange or refund, you can contact us through our social media pages (IG or Facebook) or send an email.

Here’s how the process works:

  1. We will arrange a courier pick-up of the item from the customer’s location or you can drop off at our location in San Juan.
  2. The courier will contact the customer to schedule the pick-up at a convenient time. You are responsible for the cost of return delivery unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  3. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect or damage and approve the exchange/refund.
  4. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  5. Refunds will be issued via online transfer.
  6. Please allow five (5) business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
